UPSC Assistant Chemist Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:

3. Assistant Director (Corporate Law) –
Educational: (i) Bachelor degree in Law from a recognized University or
Institute; OR (ii) Integrated Bachelor degree in Law (Five Years’)
from a recognized University or Institute; OR (iii) Bachelor degree
in any discipline from a recognized University or Institute and
Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of
India.
Desirable: (i) One year experience in the field of Corporate Law, (ii)
Should be conversant with the tools and techniques of collection of
evidence or recordings of statements and presentation of evidence in
proceedings. |
Age Limit:

3. Assistant Director (Corporate Law) - 30 years |
The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10
Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years
for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates
Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules. Go

UPSC Assistant Chemist Selection Process 2022:
UPSC may follow the following process to select the candidates.

Application Fee/Exam Fee for UPSC Assistant Chemist:
|
(a) Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs. 25/- (Rupees Twenty
five) only either by remitting the money in any branch of the SBI by
cash or by using net banking facility of the SBI or by using
visa/master credit/debit card.
(b) No fee for SC/ST/PwBD/Women candidates of any community. No
"fee exemption" is available to Gen/OBC/EWS male candidates and they
are required to pay the full prescribed fee.
(c) Applications without the prescribed fee would not be considered
and summarily rejected. No representation against such rejection
would be entertained.
(d) Fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstance nor
can the fee be held in reserve for any other examination or
selection. |
