HLL Junior Technical Associate Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
|
1. Vice President (Finance) -
Essential: CA or CMA
Desirable: Management qualification will be an added advantage
Post Qualification Experience Essential: Over 25 years post qualification experience in the Finance &
Accounts Department preferably in Manufacturing / Service sector.
The candidate should have 10 years senior managerial experience out
of which minimum 5 years should be as Head of Department. |

2. Dgm/Dvp (Finance) –
Essential: CA or CMA
Post Qualification Experience Essential: Minimum 15 to 18 years |
|
4. Deputy Manager (Finance) –
Essential: CA or CMA.
Post Qualification Experience Essential : 2-3 years of experience in Finance and Accounts
Functions. |
Age Limit: (As on 01.10.2022)

1. Vice President (Finance) - 55 years |
|
2. Dgm/Dvp (Finance) - 50 years |
|
4. Deputy Manager (Finance) - 40 years |
The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10
Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years
for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates
Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules. Go
